Dr. Vivian Mendonca

With over 25 years of global pharmaceutical leadership, Dr. Vivian Mendonca has led commercial strategy across the U.S., Europe, and international markets, managing multi-billion-dollar P&L portfolios and shaping access to some of the world’s most impactful medicines.

Born and raised in Mangaluru, and a proud alumnus of Kasturba Medical College, his journey from physician to global pharmaceutical executive has always been guided by one principle: innovation must translate into access.

Throughout his career, he has pioneered market access, pricing, reimbursement, and policy strategies that expanded patient access across developed and emerging economies, ensuring breakthrough therapies reach those who need them most.
